Zante Mare · Agios Sostis harbour, Laganas Bay
This is the same company's small-boat trip, and it adds Myzithres, a white pebble cove under tall cliffs past Keri that you can only reach by boat. Pick it for the swimming: three stops in three hours, with a guide who, guests report, treats the turtles with respect.

Zante Mare runs two trips from Agios Sostis. The bigger semi-yacht does Keri, Marathonisi and Cameo; this one goes on a smaller, quicker boat sold as VIP and heads further west, to the Myzithres. They're two pale rock stacks rising from the sea off the cliffs beyond Keri, with a white pebble beach that no road reaches. It's the most dramatic place to swim on the south coast.
The order is unusual. After a short look for marine life off Laganas, the boat goes straight to Myzithres for a 30-minute swim, then to the Keri Caves for 20 minutes in the water and a photo stop at the arches, then to Marathonisi for another 30. The proper turtle time comes at the end, with a 30-minute stop in the park on the way home. A guest on this trip wrote that the guide "was very respectful with the turtles", which is what you want: the code of conduct limits each boat to 10 minutes with a turtle, from at least 15 m.
The catches. There are no toilets on board; the nearest is at a shop called Sabia in the port, for a fee. The boat is fast and small, so it's not for pregnant women or anyone with limited mobility. And the Myzithres side catches the wind first, so the captain may swap stops on a choppy day.
A 15-minute van ride to Agios Sostis, then a 10-minute safety briefing on the beach by the harbour.
A first look for turtles and other marine life in the bay.
Swim off the white pebbles under the cliffs. Water shoes help.
A 20-minute swim at the second arch, then a 15-minute photo stop.
Swim or sit by the water on the nesting beach.
A 30-minute marine park stop to look for turtles, a pass along Laganas, then the van back.

Two pale limestone rock stacks off the southwest tip of Zakynthos, past Keri, with a small white pebble beach under the cliffs. There's no road, so you only get there by boat.
No. The listing says the nearest toilet is at a shop called Sabia in the port, for a fee. Go before you board.
Briefly at the start off Laganas, and properly at the end, with a 30-minute stop in the marine park on the way back. Most trips see at least one, guests report, but it's never guaranteed.
Same company, same port. This one uses a smaller boat, adds Myzithres and three swim stops, and skips Cameo. The Keri Caves speedboat has a longer stop on Marathonisi. Our boat trip comparison sets all of them side by side.
